I've helped take brands into new markets, from the UK to Japan, Mexico, and Canada. Lately I've gone deep in AI, finding problems worth solving and building real solutions.

At Darc Sport I oversee the Darc Sport and She programs, and I designed the GRIN commission, payment, and tier structures that run them. I supported the Darc Sport Ohana rebrand to Darc Sport Athletics and stood up its athlete and affiliate programs, and the payment and tier model I built was used to launch Civil Regime's ambassador program. Day to day I own the roster end to end: product seeding, event budgets, contracts and legal coordination, and PR.
